If you prefer to email, phone, fax or write to us we can accept many methods including VISA, MASTERCARD, DIRECT DEPOSIT, COD (to your post office - additional Australia Post charges apply),
BANK CHEQUE or PERSONAL CHEQUE (may need a few days to clear), and if you drop into our showroom we even accept MONEY!!

FREIGHT WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Most orders will leave via Australia Post the same day if received prior to midday on week days. Orders placed over the weekend will be picked and packed on the Monday. Web orders for delivery within Australia, via standard Australia Post will be subject to freight as follows
Up to $59.99 freight is $5.00
$60.00 to $99.99 freight is $12.00
$100.00 to $199.99 freight is $20.00
$200.00 and over have free freight
On very rare occasions there may be some variation to this, if so we well contact you for consent.

WARRANTY/RETURNS - Vince Strang Motorcycles warrantys products sold to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If you feel you have a faulty item please call us first for an approval code, before returning goods via certified post with your invoice number and approval code. Any item must be returned within 14 days and we will gladly exchange, give you a store credit or send you a cheque. Genuine parts, electrical components (eg Yamaha CDI, Suzuki Stator etc) can not be returned. Engine and suspension parts should always be fitted by a qualified motorcycle mechanic because special tools, adjustments and correct procedures need to be used to ensure proper performance. Vince Strang Motorycles need to be notified of any possible defects during assembly. We cannot be responsible for assembled units. Everything is subject to fair wear and tear and nothing is indestructible!
